INDICATIVE GOLF TOUR ITINERARY

RECOMMENDED DAY TOUR PACKAGE FOR NON-GOLFING SPOUSES

Please note that the recommended day tour packages for non-golfing spouses are not included in the package price and are offered on an optional basis. Day tour fees are payable directly to the tour operator.

REGISTRATION DETAILS:

• Members are required to complete the registration on the e-registration form. Registrations submitted via email, SMS, or any other communication platforms will not be accepted.
• Kindly note that this registration DOES NOT guarantee your participation. Please do not make flight bookings at this juncture. A confirmation email regarding your registration status will be sent out on Wednesday, 24 June 2026 when the ballot results are out.
• After registration, you will receive an automated email confirming that we have received your registration entry. Please also check your email Junk Box for any email notifications. 
• Registration will close on Friday, 19 June 2026.
• In the event of oversubscription after the registration closing date, a ballot will be conducted on Monday, 22 June 2026 for the 40 allocated slots and the waitlist.
• Each registration entry comprising a Golfing Member and their spouse (golfing or non-golfing) shall be considered as one (1) ballot.
• Should there be any cancellation, Members on the wait list will be offered a slot sequentially.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars based on a minimum of 40 golfers. Should the signup be fewer than 40 golfers, the tour will not take place.
• This golf-centric trip is exclusively for TMCC Members who are golfers, with up to a maximum of 40 slots available.
• The golf trip is open to an additional maximum of 10 non-golfing spouses. All non-golfing spouses must be on a twin-sharing basis only (1 golfing Member + 1 non-golfing spouse); single occupancy is not permitted.
• For non-golfing spouses, recommended day tours will be provided on an optional basis. These tours are chargeable and are not included in the trip package price. Day tour fees are payable directly to the tour operator.
• Members who are successful with the ballot and wish to cancel must notify Marketing Department in writing to [email protected] by Wednesday, 1 July 2026.
• 50% deposit will be charged to Members’ account on Wednesday, 15 July 2026.The remaining 50% will be charged to Members’ account on Wednesday, 5 August 2026.
• In the event of cancellation, charges shall apply as follows:

• Members who are confirmed to be participating in the Jeju Island Autumn Golf Tour are required to complete and submit the Personal Particulars & Indemnity Form.
• Itineraries and timings are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond the Club’s control.
• Any deviation from the itinerary during the golf tour is not permitted.
• No refunds claimable on any cancellation of golf game(s) by golfer(s) for all golf packages.
• Members intending to book flight tickets with alternative timings must adhere to the recommended flight timings to join the scheduled airport transfers.
• Any plans to arrive earlier and/or depart later than the stipulated tour period (Sunday, 4 October 2026 to Friday, 9 October 2026), transportation arrangements and any other related cost / expenses shall be arranged and borne by the Member.
• Members opting for an alternative airline outside of the recommended options may incur additional accommodation costs (borne by the Members), which are not included in the package price.
• A tour briefing will be conducted for confirmed participants prior to the trip.
• Confirmed participants will receive a detailed itinerary and tour information regarding the Jeju Island Autumn Golf Tour nearer to date.
• Tanah Merah Country Club (TMCC) acts as an agent for services provided by parties and cannot be held liable for any disputes, alterations, acts, or omissions on the part of those providing services listed in this tour package or any other services incidental thereto.
• TMCC and other parties shall be under no obligation or liability to any person as a result of any inaccuracy, mis-description or changes to the itinerary or for losses or additional expenses due to strike, war, quarantine or other causes
• TMCC and other parties involved in this event shall be exempted from all liability in respect of any detention, delay, loss, damage, sickness or injury however and by whomsoever caused and of whatever kind occurring by any ground transfers or property used or utilised by TMCC.
• TMCC reserves the right to amend, append, correct any error or omissions of information at any time.
