Please note that pricing is structured based on the average time required to complete up to 18 holes on the golf simulator.
For group bookings exceeding four persons, an additional per-person rate applies.
Example: A five-person group booking is charged at the four-person rate plus one additional person rate; a six-person booking is the four-person rate plus two additional person rate, and so on, up to a maximum of eight persons per bay.
Dress Code
Members and guests must wear golf or sports attire and covered shoes for safety.

Golf Simulator – Member Use Policy
- Access & Eligibility
- The Golf Simulator is available exclusively to Members and their accompanied guests.
- Public access is strictly prohibited.
- Members must be present at all times when their guests are using the facility.
- The Club reserves the right to refuse or terminate usage for non-compliance with Club By-laws.
- Booking Rules
- Bookings may be made up to 7 days in advance only.
- Booking channels include the MiClub Members’ Portal, TMCC Mobile App, telephone or walk-in, subject to availability.
- Each golf simulator bay accommodates a maximum of eight (8) persons. One Member may host up to seven (7) Members or guests per booking.
- Minimum booking duration: 1 hour per session.
- The Golf Simulator is closed on Tuesdays for maintenance or operational reasons.
- Bookings are non-transferable without prior approval from Management.
- Cancellations, No-Shows & Penalties
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the booked session.
- Late cancellations will incur a charge of 100% of the booking amount, to be billed to the Member’s account.
- A no-show without prior notice will incur a charge of 100% of the booking amount, to be billed to the Member’s account.
- Attire & Conduct
- Members and guests must wear appropriate attire when in the simulator, including approved golf attire or suitable sportswear (e.g., t-shirts) with proper golf or sports shoes.
- The following are not permitted:
- Slippers, sandals, heels or other inappropriate footwear
- Singlets or clothing with offensive wording or graphics
- Members and guests must conduct themselves in a safe, responsible, and respectful manner.
- Misuse of equipment, unsafe behaviour, or disruption may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
- Food & Beverage
- Food and beverages purchased from the Club (including items served from the Garden Golfers Terrace (GGT) menu, meals, light snacks, and beverages) may be consumed in the Golf Simulator Lounge, provided the space is kept clean and equipment is protected.
- Outside food or beverages are not permitted. For safety and cleanliness, food and drinks must be kept clear of the hitting area and simulator equipment at all times. Management reserves the right to restrict items that may create excessive odour, spillage, or mess.
- Equipment, Safety & Supervision
- Only Club-approved equipment may be used.
- Golf balls with ink markings are not permitted (e.g., marked with pen/ink).
- Members and guests must comply with all posted safety instructions.
- Users must take proper care of the simulator, screen, mat, sensors and surrounding fixtures. Any reckless use that risks damage may result in immediate suspension of play and/or charges in accordance with Section 8.
- Swing practice must be conducted responsibly at all times.
- Children must be closely supervised by the accompanying Member.
- Age Eligibility
- Use of the Golf Simulator is permitted to Members and guests aged 12 years and above.
- Junior Members and guests below 18 years of age must be accompanied and directly supervised by the accompanying Member at all times.
- Children below 12 years of age are not permitted to use the Golf Simulator.
- The Club reserves the right to deny access where, in the opinion of Management, safety or operational concerns arise.
- Liability, Loss & Damage
- Members are fully responsible for any loss, damage, or misuse caused by themselves or their guests, including damage to the simulator system, screen, matting, sensors, clubs, or surrounding facilities.
- The Club reserves the right to recover repair or replacement costs (and any associated service fees) from the responsible Member. Where damage results in the simulator being taken out of service, the Club may also impose additional charges as determined by Management.
- The Club shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- Enforcement
- Breaches of this policy may result in suspension of Golf Simulator privileges or disciplinary action in accordance with the TMCC Constitution and Club By-Laws.
- Serious or repeated breaches may be referred to the General Committee for further action.
- Review
- This policy is subject to review and amendment by Management from time to time.
- Members will be notified of material changes via official Club communication channels.
