• Participants must handle all equipment and facilities with care. Any damage caused due to negligence or intentional actions may result in penalties or fines.
• Personal equipment brought into the [esports center/room] must be inspected and approved by the staff before use.
• It is strictly prohibited to modify or tamper with any equipment or infrastructure without prior permission.

Game-Specific Rules:

• Participants must follow the rules and guidelines set forth for each specific game being played in the [esports center/room].
• Cheating, hacking, or using any form of unfair advantage in gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• Participants must not engage in any activities that may disrupt or interfere with other players’ gaming experience.

Safety and Security:

• Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols provided by the [esports center/room].
• Emergency exits and evacuation routes should be kept clear at all times.
• Personal belongings should not be left unattended. The [esports center/room] is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Age Restrictions:

• Participants must meet the minimum age requirements of 13 years and above, and age specified for each game being played in the [esports center/room].
• Proof of age may be required for verification purposes. Participants failing to provide valid identification may be denied access or participation.

Attendance and Reservations:

• Participants must adhere to the designated schedule and time slots for gameplay.
• Reservations for the [esports center/room] should be made in advance, following the provided guidelines, based on a first-come-first-served basis.
• Failure to show up for a reserved time slot may result in penalties or loss of future reservation privileges.

Code of Ethics:

• Participants must refrain from engaging in any form of discriminatory behaviour or hate speech.
• Alcohol, drugs, and any other illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
• Any form of gambling or betting on esports matches within the [esports center/room] is strictly prohibited.

Staff Instructions and Decisions:

• Participants must comply with the instructions and decisions of the designated staff members or officials.
• Disrespectful behavior towards staff members or officials will not be tolerated and may result in penalties or expulsion from the premises.

Violations and Penalties:

• Any violations of the rules and regulations stated above may result in penalties, including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent bans from the [esports center/room].
• The severity of the penalty will depend on the nature and frequency of the violation, as determined by the staff.

• No person is allowed in the swimming pool or to sun-bathe unless he/she is wearing a proper swimsuit.

• Eating and drinking are prohibited in and within 2 metres of the swimming pool.
• The staff of the Sports Complex are authorised to ask any person found misbehaving to leave the pool or complex.
