Rules & Regulations

• Children below the age of 12 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Wet attire and swimwear, footwear, flip-flops, singlets, and any attire deemed objectionable and offensive are all disallowed in the Children’s Playroom.
• Food, drinks and smoking are not permitted in the Children’s Playroom.
• Use of cell phone is not permitted. All cell phones should be on silent mode in the Children’s Playroom.

Booking of Facilities

• All amenities in the Children’s Playroom are free-of-charge for members and guests.
• Booking can be made 7 days in advance.
• Booking may be made through telephone or in person at the Sports Complex during the opening hours.
• Each booking shall be restricted to 1 hour.

• The use of cellular phones is prohibited; all cellular phones should be set to silent mode prior to entering the room.​
• Smoking is prohibited in the Mahjong Room.
• No food and beverages allowed.
• Members are not permitted to reserve any seats or to rearrange and remove any furniture in the room.
• All amenities provided are considered Club property and shall not be removed from the room.
• Members may be requested to leave the Mahjong room should they flout any of the Bye Laws stated herein or cause a nuisance.​
• Members caught vandalising Club property or flouting any of its rules may be subject to disciplinary action.​
• Please do not leave any personal belongings unattended. TMCC is not responsible for the loss or damage to any personal belongings on Club premises.

• Members and guests using the Karaoke room should engage in the primary purpose of singing and not other activity.
• Handle the equipment, furniture and fittings with due care and consideration.
• Any damage to the aforementioned must be promptly reported to the Sport Complex staff. Members may be liable to pay for costs of repair or replacement for damages due to mishandling.
• The equipment, furniture and fittings in the Karaoke room are not to be rearranged or removed.
• Personal belongings are not to be left unattended in the Karaoke room. The Club is not responsible for any personal items stolen, lost or damaged in the Karaoke room.
• No wet attire, swimwear, beachwear, slippers, singlets and any other attire deemed objectionable and/or offensive shall be allowed in the Karaoke room.

Rules & Regulations

• Non-electric cars are PROHIBITED from parking at the EV Charging Station lots. Drivers who violate this rule will have their vehicle’s wheel clamped and will have to pay a $200 release fee.
• Electric cars that are fully charged or are not charging are PROHIBITED from parking in the EV Charging Station lots. These lots are ONLY for electric car charging purposes.
