Land Package Includes:

• 4 rounds of golf at Legend Da Nang Golf Resort, Ba Na Hills Golf Club, Montgomerie Links Vietnam, Hoiana Shores Golf Club (with one caddie per golfer at each golf course)

• Farewell dinner at seafood restaurant with beverages included (soft drinks, local beers, house wine)

Land Package Excludes:

• Round trip air tickets, visa, local travel insurance and other documentation fees
• Any extension and deviation from the itinerary
• Daily lunch and dinner (Except for farewell dinner on the last day)
• Free-and-Easy travel / sightseeing / shopping
• All other expenses of personal nature (airport / hotel porter(s), laundry, phone calls, extra golf game, tip for caddies / golf coordinator / driver, etc.)

TENTATIVE TOUR ITINERARY

REGISTRATION DETAILS:

• Members are required to complete the registration on the e-registration form. Registrations submitted via email, SMS, or any other communication platforms will not be accepted. 

• An official confirmation email regarding your registration status will be sent out on Thursday, 22 January 2026 after the registration closing date. 

• After registration, you will receive an automated email confirming your registration. Please also check your email Junk Box for any email notifications.

• Registration entry of Member and Spouse is considered as one (1) entry.

• Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis and will close on Tuesday, 20 January 2026.

• Members will be notified of the registration results on Thursday, 22 January 2026.

• Should the signup be fewer than 32 golfers, the tour will not take place.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• This golf-centric trip is exclusively for TMCC Members, with a minimum of 32 slots. Please note that there are no arrangements for non-golfers.

• Prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars based on a minimum of 32 golfers.

• 50% deposit will be charged to Members’ account on Friday, 30 January 2026. The remaining 50% will be charged to Members’ account on Monday, 2 March 2026.

• Members who are successful with the registration and wish to cancel must notify Marketing Department in writing to [email protected] by Thursday, 29 January 2026.

• In the event of cancellation, charges shall apply as follows:

• Members who are confirmed to be participating in the Da Nang Golf Tour are required to complete and submit the Personal Particulars & Indemnity Form.

• Itineraries and timings are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond the Club’s control.

• Any deviation from the itinerary during the golf tour is not permitted.

• No refunds claimable on any cancellation of golf game(s) by golfer(s) for all golf packages. 

• Members intending to book flight tickets with alternative timings must adhere to the recommended flight timings to join the scheduled airport transfers.

• Any plans to arrive earlier and/or depart later than the stipulated tour period (Tuesday, 12 May 2026 to Saturday, 16 May 2026), transportation arrangements and any other related cost / expenses shall be arranged and borne by the Member.

• A tour briefing will be conducted for confirmed participants prior to the trip.

• Confirmed participants will receive a detailed itinerary and tour information regarding the Da Nang Golf Tour nearer to date.

• Tanah Merah Country Club (TMCC) acts as an agent for services provided by parties and cannot be held liable for any disputes, alterations, acts, or omissions on the part of those providing services listed in this tour package or any other services incidental thereto. 

• TMCC and other parties shall be under no obligation or liability to any person as a result of any inaccuracy, mis-description or changes to the itinerary or for losses or additional expenses due to strike, war, quarantine or other causes. 

• TMCC and other parties involved in this event shall be exempted from all liability in respect of any detention, delay, loss, damage, sickness or injury however and by whomsoever caused and of whatever kind occurring by any ground transfers or property used or utilised by TMCC. 

• TMCC reserves the right to amend, append, correct any error or omissions of information at any time.
