Terms & Conditions

• Members are required to complete the registration on the e-registration form. Registrations submitted via email, SMS, or any other communication platforms will not be accepted.
• After registration, you will receive an automated email confirming your registration is received. Please also check your email Junk Box for any email notifications. Kindly note that this registration DOES NOT guarantee your participation.
• Flight pairings will be arranged by the Club, with men and ladies grouped separately based on handicap
• There are a maximum of 50 slots available, and registration will close on Thursday, 11 December 2025 at 5:30pm.
• In the event of oversubscription after the registration closing date, a ballot will be conducted on Monday, 15 December 2025 for the 50 slots and the waitlist.
• Each registration is considered one (1) entry for balloting purposes.
• Members will be notified of the ballot results on Wednesday, 17 December 2025. The decision of the ballot is final.
• Should there be any cancellation, Members on the waitlist will be offered a slot sequentially.
• Members who are successful with the ballot and wish to cancel must notify Marketing Department in writing to [email protected] by Tuesday, 6 January 2026. Any cancellation after the stipulated date or no-show during the event day will be charged a full fee.
