Conditions for Use

Parking of non-electric vehicles in EV parking lots is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Electric cars that are fully charged or are not charging are PROHIBITED from parking in the EV parling lots.

The use of EV parking lots operates on an honour system and should be strictly reserved for their intended purpose.

Any violations of this rule will result in the vehicle being wheel-clamped, with a $200 release fee payable for its removal.

Elderly Parking Lots

Conditions for Use

Demarcated in blue

Demarcated in blue, the Elderly Parking Lots are designed to be wider, allowing safer and more comfortable access for elderly Members who may require the use of mobility aids.

These lots are reserved for Members aged 75 and above with mobility limitations. Usage is based on an honour system and should be strictly limited to the intended purpose.

Any violations of this rule will result in the vehicle being wheel-clamped, with a $200 release fee payable for its removal.

Handicapped Parking Lots

Conditions for Use

Demarcated in yellow

Members intending to park their vehicle in the Handicapped Parking Lots must display the relevant car labels issued by SG Enable.

These decals are classified into two categories:

Class 1 Label

For drivers certified by a Singapore registered medical professional as a person with mobility impairment and need the vehicle door to be fully opened in order to board or alight from it.

Drivers must display car label on the left section of the vehicle windscreen.

Class 2 Label

For passengers certified by a Singapore registered medical professional as a person with mobility impairment and need the vehicle door to be fully opened in order to board or alight from it.

Drivers can temporarily park at the accessible parking lot for not more than 1 hour each time to assist passengers to board or alight from the vehicles.

Any violations of this rule will result in the vehicle being wheel-clamped, with a $200 release fee payable for its removal.
