TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Members are required to complete the registration on the e-registration form. Registrations submitted via email, SMS, or any other communication platforms will not be accepted. 

• Members can choose between golf & dinner or dinner only.

• Golf registration is based on a first-come-first-served basis, capped at 128 pax. 

• Dinner-only registration is based on a first-come-first-served basis, capped at 72 pax.

• Registration closes on Monday, 1 September 2025, at 5pm. 

• In the event of oversubscription after the registration closing date, Members will be placed on a waitlist.

• Should there be any cancellation, Members on the waitlist will be offered a slot sequentially.  

• Marketing Office must be notified of all cancellations in writing to [email protected] by Tuesday, 2 September 2025 at 5pm. 

• Full fees will be charged for no-show or any cancellations made after Tuesday, 2 September 2025 at 5pm. 

• In the event of inclement weather, all fees are non-refundable.

• Members will be notified prior to charging of Members’ account, no refunds allowed.
  
• Alcohol will not be served to anyone underage during dinner. 

• TMCC reserves the right to make changes without prior notice.

• All prices are in Singapore Dollars and inclusive of 9% GST.
