TENTATIVE TOUR ITINERARY

REGISTRATION DETAILS:

• Members are required to complete the registration on the e-registration form. Registrations submitted via email, SMS, or any other communication platforms will not be accepted. 

• Kindly note that this registration DOES NOT guarantee your participation. Please do not make flight bookings at this juncture. A confirmation email regarding your registration status will be sent out on Friday, 25 July 2025 when the ballot results are out.

• After registration, you will receive an automated email confirming your registration. Please also check your email Junk Box for any email notifications.

• Registration entry of Member and Spouse is considered as one (1) ballot.

• Registration will close on Tuesday, 22 July 2025.

• In the event of oversubscription after the registration closing date, a ballot will be conducted on Wednesday, 23 July 2025 for the 32 to 42 allocated spots and the waitlist.

• Members will be notified of the ballot results on Friday, 25 July 2025. The decision of the ballot is final.

• Should the signup be fewer than 32 golfers, the tour will not take place.

• Should there be any cancellation, Members on the waitlist will be offered a slot sequentially.

Terms & Conditions:

• This golf-centric trip is exclusively for TMCC Members who are golfers only, with a minimum of 32 slots, up to a maximum of 42 slots available.

• Prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars based on a minimum of 32 golfers. Should the signup be fewer than 32 golfers, the tour will not take place.

• 50% deposit will be charged to Members’ account on Friday, 15 August 2025. The remaining 50% will be charged to Members’ account on Monday, 15 September 2025.

• Members who are successful with the ballot and wish to cancel must notify Marketing Department in writing to [email protected] by Friday, 1 August 2025.

• In the event of cancellation, charges shall apply as follows:

• Members who are confirmed to be participating in the Kobe Autumn Golf Tour 2025 are required to complete and submit the Personal Particulars & Indemnity Form.

• Itineraries and timings are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond the Club’s control.

• Any deviation from the itinerary during the golf tour is not permitted.

• No refunds claimable on any cancellation of golf game(s) by golfer(s) for all golf packages. 

• Members intending to book flight tickets with alternative timings must adhere to the recommended flight timings to join the scheduled airport transfers.

• Any plans to arrive earlier and/or depart later than the stipulated tour period (Monday, 10 November 2025 to Saturday, 15 November 2025), transportation arrangements and any other related cost / expenses shall be arranged and borne by the Member.

• A tour briefing will be conducted for confirmed participants prior to the trip.

• Confirmed participants will receive a detailed itinerary and tour information regarding the Kyoto Autumn Golf Tour 2024 nearer to date.

• Tanah Merah Country Club (TMCC) acts as an agent for services provided by parties and cannot be held liable for any disputes, alterations, acts, or omissions on the part of those providing services listed in this tour package or any other services incidental thereto. 

• TMCC and other parties shall be under no obligation or liability to any person as a result of any inaccuracy, mis-description or changes to the itinerary or for losses or additional expenses due to strike, war, quarantine or other causes. 

• TMCC and other parties involved in this event shall be exempted from all liability in respect of any detention, delay, loss, damage, sickness or injury however and by whomsoever caused and of whatever kind occurring by any ground transfers or property used or utilised by TMCC. 

• TMCC reserves the right to amend, append, correct any error or omissions of information at any time.
