FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Members can choose between “Golf & Dinner” or “Dinner-Only”.

• Golf registration is based on a first-come-first-served basis, capped at 128 pax.

• Dinner-only registration is based on a first-come-first-served basis.

• Registration closes on Wednesday, 18 February 2026.

• In the event of oversubscription after the registration closing date, Members will be placed on a waitlist.

• Should there be any cancellation, Members on the waitlist will be offered a slot sequentially.

• Marketing Office must be notified of all cancellations in writing to [email protected] by Friday, 20 February 2026 at 5pm.

• Full fees (excluding Playing Fee) will be charged for no-show or any cancellations made after Friday, 20 February 2026 at 5pm.

•  In the event of inclement weather, all fees are non-refundable.

• The list of confirmed participants will be posted on the website and Members’ Portal at a later date.

• Members will be notified prior to charging of Members’ account, no refunds allowed.
• Alcohol will not be served to anyone underage during dinner.
• TMCC reserves the right to make changes without prior notice.
• All prices are in Singapore Dollars and inclusive of 9% GST.
