Drive client acquisition efforts for corporate golf events, ensuring a steady pipeline of new business.
Conduct tours, presentations, and meetings with prospective members and corporate clients to showcase the Club’s offerings and secure new business.
Develop and execute outreach campaigns to attract new corporate clients and expand the Club’s client base.
Promote Tanah Merah Country Club as the preferred venue for corporate golf events through targeted marketing efforts and strategic communications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients, sponsors, and partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate and support the execution of corporate golf events, ensuring seamless experiences for clients and participants.
Work cross-functionally with the F&B Department, Facilities Department, and Marketing team to ensure alignment and smooth execution of initiatives.
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet revenue targets.
Identify new sales opportunities to generate social golf revenue and build a strong network of potential sponsors.
Analyse sales performance, market trends, and sponsor engagement, tracking corporate sales activities, social golf revenue, and event performance to refine strategies for growth and provide regular updates to management.
Manage corporate accounts, including contracts, invoicing, and post-event follow-up to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Customer Relationship Management with existing clients and identify risks or opportunities for the business leading to improved retention, loyalty, and revenue.
Maintain and update the corporate club calendar, ensuring accurate scheduling of all club event and corporate golf club calendar, scheduling tournaments and social events.
Develop and manage marketing and sales budgets, ensuring that all activities and campaigns stay within allocated financial limits.
Prepare regular reports on monthly and quarterly sales performance, market trends, and annual sales forecasts.
Maintain and ensure adherence to the Club’s corporate golf policy as well as broader Club policies and guidelines.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills & Knowledge
Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated acumen for business and sales, with a strategic and results-driven mindset.
Excellent organisational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
