Job Description
- To be familiar with the respective cuisine and related kitchen operations.
- Assist in both frontline and backend food operations
- To maintain an optimistic and lively work behavior and be able to undertake stress
- To adhere to food preparation and presentation requirements
- To be familiar with the upkeep of all kitchen appliances and equipment
- To adhere portion control requirements
- Any other additional projects/duties as instructed by Senior Sous Chef
Job Requirements
- 2 years kitchen experience
- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
