Job Description

  • To be familiar with the respective cuisine and related kitchen operations.
  • Assist in both frontline and backend food operations
  • To maintain an optimistic and lively work behavior and be able to undertake stress
  • To adhere to food preparation and presentation requirements
  • To be familiar with the upkeep of all kitchen appliances and equipment
  • To adhere portion control requirements
  • Any other additional projects/duties as instructed by Senior Sous Chef

Job Requirements

  • 2 years kitchen experience
  • Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
