F&B Service Crew
Responsibilities
- To assist in greeting and seating of members and guests.
- To provide service according to the F&B Departments SOP.
- To be knowledgeable in all service techniques.
- To ensure that all pre-opening duties are completed on schedule daily.
- To ensure the proper set-up of tables and to make sure that all cutlery, silverware, glassware and chinaware are spotlessly clean and neatly laid out.
- To be familiar with all items on the menu. In this respect, you must have knowledge of all recipes, methods of preparation and preparation time.
- To recommend and promote items on the menu or specials to members/guests.
- To be willing to assist with any request or inquiry from Members/Guests.
- To be responsible for payment until checks are handed over to the cashier.
- To present checks at the appropriate time without delay and hand them over to the cashier.
- To obtain feedback from Members/Guests and forward them to the attention of the F&B Supervisor/Captain.
- To attend pre-service briefing and take note of daily F&B events of the Club.
- To report problems and difficulties and offer solutions.
- To be familiar with the Club rules, procedures and operating times
- To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, appearance and deportment at all times.
- To perform other related duties as required by the Outlet Executive/Supervisor or F&B Manager
Job Requirements:-
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ or “O” Level / SPM holder.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
- Exposure in hotel and club industry an advantage.
- Those without experience may apply as training will be provided.
Skills & Knowledge
- Pleasant and service oriented.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bilingual in both English and Chinese languages.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
