Job Description

  • Greet Members and Guests politely at all times.
  • Keep restrooms, showers, lockers, and washrooms clean and well-maintained.
  • Track and manage locker keys, towels, and toiletries issued and returned.
  • Stay in the Changing Room during your shift and report to the supervisor before leaving.
  • Ensure towels and amenities are clean, stocked, and available.
  • Help Members sign in/out and provide keys and towels when requested.
  • Report any damage, lost & found items, and gather feedback from Members.
  • Support club events and follow instructions from supervisors.

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to maintain, at all times, a neat and clean professional appearance.
  • Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • No experience required as training will be provided
  • Able to work on shifts, Weekends and Public Holidays
