    Job Objectives

    • To achieve a high standard of facility/equipment maintenance
    • To maintain a high level of customer service standard


    • The main responsibility of the candidate is to ensure the sports facilities and equipment are properly maintained and be operational ready. To perform this role, the candidate is expected to obtain multi-tasking skill, be self-discipline to execute the scheduled tasks and follow up closely with the progression. On top of these, the candidate will also responsible to provide on site event support and perform basic counter admin role.

    Job Requirements

    Facility Management
    ❖ Physically fit for outdoor duties.
    ❖ Able to swim confidently.
    ❖ Routine maintenance tasks
    ❖ Follow up closely with outstanding matters
    ❖ Able to liaise with vendor for maintenance and upgrading work

    Event Management
    ❖ Physically fit to execute pre, during and post-event operations.
    ❖ Coordinate with suppliers (if required).

    ❖ Process daily counter admin work such as facility bookings, billings etc.
    ❖ Customer service mindset and skill is expected
    ❖ Able to answer/direct phone calls.

    ❖ A Self-discipline and self-motivated as well as team player.
    ❖ Multi-tasking skill is required.
    ❖ Knowledge in fitness training is an advantage.
    ❖ Video editing skill is an advantage.
    ❖ Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
    ❖ Must be able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
