    Job Objectives

    • Assist the Assistant Manager, Membership Services in the efficient and effective management of the Club’s Membership Services and Administration.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain an updated and accurate membership database (for both electronic records and physical members’ files)
    • Preparation of monthly Membership applications and membership statistics to be circulated to the General Committee for approval and processing of Membership applications
    • Maintain statistical records pertaining to Membership data and profiles
    • Provide courteous and efficient service and timely responses to members/public on membership-related matters
    • Market Term Membership and achieve the set target for Term Membership
    • Assist in the conceptualisation and implementation of Marketing of Club Memberships
    • Process Membership cards, golf bag tags and car decals for Members
    • Logistics preparation and co-ordination for New Members’ Introduction Night
    • Assist in the execution of the Club’s AGM/EGM
    • Check ‘Notice of Bankruptcy’ sent by the Agent of Official Assignee against the Membership system
    • Conduct Club tours to potential members or guests
    • Attend to phone and email enquiries
    • Conduct surveys on other Clubs on an ad-hoc basis
    • Printing of staff passes
    • Implementation of Members’ Update Exercise
    • Any other related duties as and when assigned by the Assistant Manager, Membership Services

    Job Requirements

    Qualifications

    • O’ or ‘A’ level certificate OR
    • Diploma in Communications, Marketing or equivalent

    Experience

    • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity

    Skills & Knowledge

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    Transport pick-up available: Bedok and Tampines
