Banquet Assistant
Job Responsibilities:-
- Set tables and chairs for indoor / outdoor banquet according to the floorplan for the event provided.
- Provide professional and courteous guests service at all times.
- Received and execute banquet orders and implement function setup accordingly.
- Return all equipment to proper storage area and keep all areas neat and tidy.
- To keep track of store inventory on yearly basis.
- On floor during event/function to provide changes if needed.
- Receiving linens from contractor and make sure all are cleaned and well ironed and to reject any linens that is not cleaned or damaged.
Job Requirements:-
Able to handle heavy items like, buffet stands, crockeries, tables & chairs etc.
Able to work on weekends
Able to work overtime when required
