The enhancement work to the reconfigured Garden Course has been completed. The Handicap Stroke allocation for each hole was jointly re-evaluated by the Handicap Committee and Greens Committee after considering the scoring average of each hole on score cards submitted.
Up to the end of October 2015, over 5000 social and tournament scores posted by low and high handicapper groups at Garden Course were computed in accordance to the USGA Handicap Stroke allocation formulated guidelines.
With these results and local course experience, the Greens Committee adopted the Handicap Stroke changes to the affected holes on Garden Course.
The change will be effective from 1 February 2016.
