Fundamental:
Wednesday 10.15am to 11.15am
Friday 8.45am to 9.45am

Intermediate: Wednesday 9.00am to 10.00am

By enhancing the lung capacity through deep breath with Yoga, more oxygen enters body, purifies blood & ejects more carbon dioxide. This ongoing cycle helps flush the system of toxins.

Benefits: unblock energy, increase stamina and improve muscle tone. release tension in the muscle groups when combined with correct breathing distresses the nervous system increases energy levels.

Yoga may not help lose weight, but it can help you lose inches.
