		Transferable Membership is currently closed, but can be purchased from the open market. Total membership strength: 3,016 (as March 2008) Monthly subscription fee: $150 per month.

* Transfer fee shall be determined by the General Committee from time to time.

Term Membership

Term Membership Is Open For A Limited Period
For a flat fee of S$25,680 (including 7% GST) for a year, you will enjoy the same facilities and services as those of a regular membership - this means access to two fine championship 18-hole golf courses (the Tampines and Garden courses); tennis and squash courts; swimming pools; jackpot; TV room; Gymnasium; 5 F&B outlets and other ongoing social activities.

Tanah Merah Country Club is geared to provide the finest golf and leisure-related activities for you and your family. As a premier golf and country club in the region, our goal is to provide quality services at reasonable prices for all members and guests.

Terms & Conditions

1. The entrance fee of S$25,680 (including 7% GST) paid by the Term Member shall include monthly subscription for 12 months.

2. A Term Member may with prior notice to the Club, terminate his membership before the expiry of his membership. In the event of such early termination, the Club shall refund to the Member, a proportionate amount of the entrance fee for the unconsumed period of membership, not exceeding 3 months.

3. A Term member shall enjoy all the privileges of an Ordinary Member but he shall not be entitled to vote or hold office or transfer his membership.

4. The Term Member is responsible for the expenses incurred by his spouse and children.

5. If application is approved the member's spouse and unmarried children under the age of 21 are entitled to use the facilities of the Club.
