Personal Booking by Member
Reservation is open 8 days in advance on every Friday of the week
for the following weekend
and any Public Holiday which falls within that week. However, if
a PH happens to fall on Friday, the
reservation will be brought forward to Thursday (a day earlier).
No proxy is allowed for personal booking.
Registration
From 5.00pm onwards at the respective courses.
Slot Allocation
At 5.45pm, slot(s) will be allocated on a first-come-first- served
basis
according to the queue number given to the member during registration.
Phone Booking
Members who are unable to come personally can book on the following
day by phone.
Notice For Cancellation
At least 48 hours notice for cancellation.
A maximum fine of $250 (per flight) will be levied for late cancellation
and "No show".
Minimum Players Per Flight
Three (3).
